TERMS OF USE & POLICIES
UNLIMITED CUSTOM DESIGN SUBMISSIONS
The ESSENTIALS PLAN provides you with unlimited graphic design projects. We create your graphics using one of three looks. You have chosen one of these looks (Bold, Classic or Handcrafted). We will automatically design your graphics using that predetermined look. We will use your logo, brand colors and church information for each design and if you want to replicate these graphics further you have that option because we include the photoshop files. You will need to have an Elements Envato subscription to further replicate or customize the graphics we deliver to you. We will provide links for each art element & font used upon request. We will do our best to only use fonts within the brand guide and those found within the Envato Subscription but at times for creative reasons we branch out a bit.

Examples of graphics you can submit:
•Outreach or Invite Card (Any Size)
•Sermon Series
•Bulletin (Any Size)
•Worship Screen Graphics
•Social Media Graphics (Including Post, FB Cover & Insta Stories)
•Posters, banners, etc
•Any Single Page Print design (Any Size)
*Print costs are separate. At this time we do not handle print orders but deliver print ready files upon request.
*No more than 5 open projects at a time.
*No more than 1 multi-page design open at a time
Not Included:
-Content Generation (writing, scripts, photography, cinematography)
-Social Media Management (we can create any social media graphic, yes, we just do not do the posting for you)
-Logo Creation past one time free logo for church.
*Generally any project requiring more than a week in turn-around time (7-10days) would not qualify as part of this subscription. This includes any Logo Creation outside the One Time Logo made at the Entrance of the Essentials Plan. If a logo is desired we have a $500 package that you can use to hire us for the creation of any logo.
Submitting Custom Graphic Projects:
2. We will not begin designing a new graphic until all finalized content has been submitted.
3. Expect a one-week turnaround time. (7-10days, sometimes faster if asked nicely! =))
4. You can submit unlimited design changes. Expect a 2-3day turnaround for most design changes.
5. Once the main look is approved we will deliver any specified accompanying graphics desired (3-4 day turnaround).

COMMUNICATION POLICIES
- Our available hours for the Essentials Plan are 9am-6pm (EST) Tuesday – Friday.
- When you have a question or comment please choose ClickUp as your number one method or email. hola@mediaministry.church
- The Essentials Plan is not a On Demand service but we do make it a priority to get you a response right away. Sometimes this means next day response.
- If you have a team member’s phone number please refrain from messaging us or calling us.
- If you email us after hours we will do our best to return an email the following day or as soon as possible.
