TERMS OF USE . POLICIES. SUBMISSIONS.
UNLIMITED CUSTOM DESIGN SUBMISSIONS
The ADVANCED PLAN provides you with unlimited graphic design projects. We create your graphics using your custom brand guide. We will always seek to get you the fastest turnaround time and if you want to replicate the graphics delivered further internally you have that option because we include photoshop files with this service. You will need to have an Elements Envato subscription to further replicate or customize the graphics we deliver to you. We will provide links for each art element & font used upon request. We will do our best to only use fonts within the brand guide and those found within the Envato Subscription but at times for creative reasons we branch out a bit.

SUBMITTING DESIGN PROJECTS
You can submit any design you want to help your church communicate. We will only begin a design project once we have all of your finalized, complete, proofread content. Categories we can design within include social media, screens, print, and web. The more specific your direction to us the more creative and calibrated our designs will be.
(Unlimited design projects do not include church or ministry logo design. We can design a new ministry logo for you as a separate service tailored to your needs. Typical price for a new logo is $500 per logo. We deliver 3 looks. We’ll finalize one of those submissions. Reach out to email for inquiry or submit a Design Project & we will send an invoice for the costs.)
- 1-3 days turnaround time for each design project*

- Unlimited design revisions (1-2 day design change turn around)
- Unlimited open projects
- Unlimited users
(*If more than 5 projects are requested in one week expect slower turnaround times. We will do our best to stay on task and communicate frequently on when we can get to each design. Sometimes that means not delivering until the following week.)
To request a design project, submit a Design Request inside of ClickUp account. To add a new user email your new users email to humberto@mediaministry.church and look for an invitation for that new user at that new email.
Not Included with Service:
-Print costs are separate. At this time we do not handle print orders but deliver print ready files upon request.
-All churches are required to deliver all content to us. Content Generation is not included (writing, scripts, custom photography, cinematography)
-Social Media Management is not included (we can create any social media graphic, yes, we just do not do the posting for you)
-Logo Creation past one time free logo for church.
-Generally any project requiring more than a week in turn-around time (7-10days) would not qualify as part of this subscription.

- When you have a question or want to communicate please choose email or ClickUp.
- The Advanced Plan is not a On Demand service but we do make it a priority of getting you a response right away.
- Please schedule calls or mentorship time with us using our booking site: https://humberto.youcanbook.me
- If you have a team member’s phone number please refrain from messaging us or calling us unless you have an emergency.
- If you email us after hours we will do our best to return an email the following day or as soon as possible.
